How many concepts will you create?
My process consists of the ‘one concept method’. You will be presented with one in-depth concept. It’s my job to find and present the best solution for your business and with the one concept method I can go in-depth and present a whole brand identity that doesn’t leave you confused unlike showing several concepts.
How long does the branding process take?
Branding typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on response times and the number of revisions. If you need an accelerated timeline, rush options may be available.
Do I need to pay everything in advance?
No, you have options. You can pay in full, or we can divide your payment into two or three installments depending on the project total. Your first installment is required to reserve your project start date.
Do you provide the fonts?
I provide links to legally purchase or download the fonts used in your brand identity. If a font requires a commercial license, you must purchase it independently to comply with usage rights.
What files will I receive?
You’ll receive: AI, EPS, JPG & PNG. These will all be delivered in all of your brand colours plus anything else I know you’ll need.
Can I request additional brand assets?
Absolutely. Additional items such as packaging, stationery, brochures, or expanded social media bundles can be added as à-la-carte upgrades.
What if I already have a logo? Can you just refresh it?
I offer brand refresh options on a case-by-case basis. If your existing strategy and identity aren’t aligned, I may recommend starting with a full brand strategy to ensure long-term consistency.
Which industries do you work with?
We specialize in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, beauty, and creative service brands, but we're open to exploring other industries if the project aligns with our style and expertise.

Deliverable 2 - Visual Identity Design
A refined and timeless brand identity that communicates sophistication, intention, and recognizability. Includes: -Complete Logo System (primary logo, secondary logo, alternate versions, logo mark and more) -Color Palette -Typography Guide & Styling -Photography Direction -Custom Mockups for brand visualization Revisions: 2 rounds
Deliverable 3 - Brand Manual
A cohesive brand guideline document to ensure consistent and elevated communication across all platforms. Includes: -Logo Usage Rules -Color & Typography Specifications -Tone of Voice -Communication Pillars -Visual Direction Guidelines
