This phase establishes the strategic and aesthetic direction of your website to ensure clarity, functionality, and a cohesive brand experience.
Includes:
• Strategic website direction (UX goals, user journey, experience mapping)
• Definition of core pages and structure
• Creative direction aligned with brand identity
• Assistance with copywriting (tone, structure, clarity)
• Platform setup (Squarespace by default)
Revisions:
• Up to 2 rounds during the strategy phase
Deliverable 2 - Custom Web Design
(Design Phase)
A fully custom website design built for aesthetics, luxury, and conversion, no templates, ever.
Includes:
• Custom web design for up to 5 key pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.)
• Full responsive design (mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Visual refinement: layout, typography, color usage, hierarchy
• Integration of brand elements (images, icons, brand assets)
• Basic SEO setup (meta tags, alt text, keyword structure)
Revisions:
• Up to 2 rounds during the design phase
Deliverable 3 - Website Build, Launch & Training
(Implementation + Final Support)
Bringing the website to life with a smooth, stress-free launch and guidance so you can confidently manage it afterward.
Includes:
• Full implementation of approved designs
• Contact and/or booking form setup
• Newsletter or email capture setup (optional)
• Final optimization and testing
• 1-on-1 launch support
• Personalized course/tutorial on how to manage your site
• Post-launch revision round (within one month)
Revisions:
• 1 round within one month after launch
Additional updates or advanced features (e-commerce, memberships, etc.) are quoted separately.

The estimated duration is 3–6 weeks, depending on your content readiness, the number of revisions, and the complexity of your site. If you need your website sooner, rush timelines may be available upon request.
No, you don’t have to.
You can choose to pay in full or split your investment into 2 or 3 installments, depending on what works best for you. The first payment is required to officially reserve your project start date.
Your site will be built on Squarespace by default. However, if you prefer another platform (Showit, WordPress, etc.), we can discuss that during the inquiry call.
Before your project begins, you’ll complete:
A detailed brand & website questionnaire
A service contract
Your first invoice
You’ll also need to provide any brand assets (logo, colors, photos, etc.) you already have. If you need help with your brand identity, I offer that as a separate service.

If you need more pages, they can be added to your package at an additional cost.
