• How long does the full web design process take?

  The estimated duration is 3–6 weeks, depending on your content readiness, the number of revisions, and the complexity of your site. If you need your website sooner, rush timelines may be available upon request.

• Do I need to pay everything in advance?

  No, you don’t have to. You can choose to pay in full or split your investment into 2 or 3 installments, depending on what works best for you. The first payment is required to officially reserve your project start date.

• What platform do you use?

  Your site will be built on Squarespace by default. However, if you prefer another platform (Showit, WordPress, etc.), we can discuss that during the inquiry call.

• What do I need to prepare before we start?

  Before your project begins, you’ll complete: A detailed brand & website questionnaire A service contract Your first invoice You’ll also need to provide any brand assets (logo, colors, photos, etc.) you already have. If you need help with your brand identity, I offer that as a separate service.

• How many pages are included?

  Your custom website includes up to 5 key pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, FAQs, etc.). If you need more pages, they can be added to your package at an additional cost.

• Do you offer e-commerce or advanced features?

  Yes, but these are quoted separately and follow a custom timeline depending on the complexity (product catalogs, memberships, booking systems, etc.).

• Can you redesign my existing website?

  Yes. Whether you need a full redesign or a strategic upgrade, we can evaluate your current site during the discovery call.

• What if I need ongoing support after launch?

  I offer optional maintenance and retainer packages for monthly support, updates, design changes, or continued growth of your site.
