FAQs
When do I need to pay for the monthly service?
Payments are made at the end of the previous month. This ensures we have the time needed to plan, design, and produce your content for the upcoming month.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. We recommend a minimum 3-month commitment. Social media strategy takes time to understand your brand, create consistency, and generate results, one month is not enough to build momentum.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time, but you must notify us before the new month’s concept and planning phase begins. If the monthly concepts have already been created, the payment for that month is required.
Do I need to provide my own photos and videos?
You can, especially if you're choosing Package 1 (Co-Creation). If you prefer full visual delegation, Package 2 includes premium visual curation with curated stock images and videos.
What platforms do you manage?
These packages focus primarily on Instagram, but extensions to other platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook) can be discussed and quoted separately.

Social Media Design + Monthly Management
Deliverable 1: Strategy & Content Planning A complete strategic foundation to guide your brand’s presence on social media. Includes: • Monthly strategy session • Monthly content calendar • Alignment with trends, campaigns, and brand goals • Social media guide with visual + content guidelines • Quarterly call with Carolina for strategic feedback • Optimization of the Instagram bio (if applicable) Revisions: Up to 2 rounds per strategy phase
Deliverable 2: Content Creation & Design
Design and creative execution built from the client’s photos/videos. Includes: • 12–16 custom posts per month (min. 3 posts/week) • 2–3 strategic stories for each post • Feed design (aesthetic harmony, composition, color palette, visual style) • Editing of 4–5 reels per month • Creative direction for reels (script, structure, medium-complexity edits) • Curation of additional graphic elements (if needed) Revisions: Up to 2 rounds per design phase
Deliverable 3: Copywriting & (Optional) Account Management
Clear messaging, engagement guidance, and optional support managing the account. Includes: • Custom-written captions for all posts • Strategic hashtags and calls to action • Suggestions for interaction and brand positioning Optional Add-On (if client selects this package): • Post scheduling • Monthly performance report • Light engagement (replying to DMs and comments)
