Step 1: First Meeting & Offer

Project request: The first step in our collaboration. This gives me an idea of what you're looking for and if I can help you. If so, we will schedule a video call to dive deeper.

Initial get-to-know meeting: Trust is extremely important to me when working together. We will talk about your goals & requirements, clarify questions and define the next steps.

Individual proposal: After I have learned essential information about your project, I will create an individual proposal. This way, you'll have a complete overview of the costs upfront.

Step 2: Discovery & Planning

Kick-off Meeting: an about 60-minute meeting to discuss the project goals, desired features, website structure and exact size. This step helps me understand your target audience, and asses essential elements (such as call-to-action sections, forms, and imagery).

Assets Gathering: You'll collect all of your brand assets like logos, color palettes, font choices, and any specific content and hand them over to me. This will ensure your website is matching your brand identity perfectly.

Project Scope & Timeline: I will summarise the page count, website structure, and deliverable milestones. Finalize the project timeline and key checkpoints.

Step 3: Content Structure & Wireframing in Figma

Low-Fidelity Wireframes: I will design wireframes in Figma to map the layout and navigation structure for each page. This step ensures a clear visual hierarchy and smooth user flow.

Client Review and Feedback: You will review the wireframes and provide feedback during a call. I will make any necessary structural adjustments before proceeding to the next design phase.

Ensuring transparent communication: Regular updates are a priority for me. I'll keep you in the loop using convenient communication channels such as slack, e-mail or loom.

Step 4: High-Fidelity Design & Customization in Figma

Visual Design: In the next step, I will translate the wireframes into high-fidelity designs, incorporating brand elements, color schemes, typography, and imagery. I will also design custom interactive components, such as hover effects and animations.

Client Approval: You will approve the design based on preview in Figma, this is the step for collecting any final design-related feedback.

Step 5: Webflow Development and CMS Integration

Responsive Development: I'll build each page in Webflow, ensuring full responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile views. Implement SEO best practices like alt text, metadata, and optimized images.

CMS Setup: I will configure Webflow’s CMS (e.g., blog, portfolio) to ensure you can easily update content after launch.

Interactive Elements & Animations: Add animations and interactions to create an engaging user experience, ensuring smooth performance across devices.

Testing: I will perform a quality assurance (QA) test to check the website's functionality, ensuring responsiveness, interactivity, and optimal load times across multiple devices and browsers. Every detail should be just right.

Step 6: Client Review & Revisions

Final Walkthrough: I will present the website to you, demonstrating all functionalities and guiding you through each page and interactive element.

Final Revisions: I will make minor adjustments based on your feedback, finalizing the site for launch.

Step 7: Deployment & Handover

Launch and Deployment: I will deploy the website to your preferred hosting or custom domain and test the live site for any last-minute issues.

Training Session: During the handover call, I will provide a live training session for the person responsible for website content updates, covering CMS usage and addressing any post-launch questions.

Step 7: Post-Launch Support

Two-Week Support Window: During the first two weeks after your website goes live, I will address any functionality issues or questions that arise post-launch.

Monthly Check-ins (Optional): If needed, we can schedule monthly or quarterly check-ins to help you with content updates or additional feature requests.
