It allows to structuring thoughts and knowledge to design more efficiently to solve business and customer problems. It is very data-oriented and focuses on user wokflows. Not just a typical UI service.
What's included
We will collaborate on a discovery document
You share all of the materials you have, preferably in writing, about your product idea or concept. Alternatively, we can meet to discuss the idea and extract all possible details for me to start. I then fill out a structured discovery template with the specifics of your idea with all the knowns and unknowns.
We will define the problem, solution and use cases
We will try to define the problem to be solved to the best of our ability.
A solid problem statement results in a great solution. A solution leads to use cases we will be designing for. I will specify the main use cases in a document.
I will create flow diagrams and wireframes
I will create flow diagrams for the identified use cases in FigJam.
Based on the diagrams and all the information I collected earlier it will be more efficient to create good-looking wireframes and structure the layout of all pages.
I will create a Figma prototype
I will create a clickable prototype of the app in Figma marking the use cases. You can use it to demo, test and validate further.
I will source files ownership transfer
I will transfer all designs, materials and artefacts to you and your team at the end of the project.
