Process

2. Product Review & Heuristic Evaluation: I conduct a thorough review of your product’s user interface and experience, using established usability principles to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance user satisfaction.

3. User Flow & Competitive Analysis: I analyze your users’ journey through the product, identifying friction points and bottlenecks. Additionally, I compare your product’s UX/UI with industry benchmarks and competitors to find areas where you can stand out and improve.

4. UX/UI Audit Report: compile all findings into a detailed report, highlighting key usability issues, design inconsistencies, and areas where improvements can be made to enhance user experience.

5. Consultation Session: We’ll go over the audit report together, discussing my findings and recommendations. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and explore how to implement the suggested improvements in your product.

6. Follow-up Support: I offer ongoing support to help you implement the recommended changes, ensuring they align with your product vision and overall business goals.
