This phase is adaptable to either creating new designs or reviewing existing solutions. If working on an existing product, a UX review is conducted to assess its current state, identify pain points, and suggest improvements. For new products, traditional research methods are employed to establish a strong foundation.
Deliverables:
1. User Research (if needed): Conducting interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather new insights or validate assumptions.
2. UX Review: Evaluating existing designs or solutions to identify usability issues, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
3. User Personas & Empathy Maps (if needed): Developing or refining user personas and empathy maps based on existing user data or new research.
