• Project Plan

  A detailed Project Plan derived in collaboration with creative resources (if any), outlining a stage wise representation of the project elements, estimated delivery and feedback turnaround time. With this, we get easy tracking of project progress and identifying possible hurdles (& resolving them).

• Resource Allocation

  Create a detailed resource allocation plan that align with project timelines, scope, and budget. This will maximize the efficient use of creative talent and technology, ensuring balanced workloads across the team. Assigning the right designers, copywriters, and creatives to each brief, considering their skills, availability, and project requirements.

• Creative Brief Assessment & Drafting

  Based on the information and considerations provided to me, I will assess the validity and clarity of the objectives. Accordingly, a creative brief draft will be provided highlighting the necessary information for a creative resource to conduct their job with.

• Team Management & Conflict Resolution

  Mediate and resolve conflicts between teams or departments to foster a productive and harmonious work environment. Ensure alignment between design, copy, and business teams by maintaining clear communication and focus on project goals and timelines.

• Creative Direction

  Based on the predefined considerations in the creative brief, I provide Visual Designers/Copywriters/Videographers with the direction/suggestions to consider while designing/articulating/shooting for the required asset/s.

• Quality Assurance

  I take a 100% ownership of the quality of deliverables and ensure that the creative assets are as per the requirement, meet any predefined criteria, be it the copy, design or front-end development.

• Timely Delivery

  With me on-board as Creative Project Manager, Timely Delivery is but assured. I do this by analytically predicting any roadblocks beforehand and mitigating the risk using my problem solving and communicational abilities with the stakeholders involved.
