A 50% deposit is required for all services.

Monthly recurring packages are available.

Line Editing is an additional service offered.

Rates for book editing will be formulated based on the length of the entire book.

Revision Limit: 1. In addition, there is a $100 recurring fee after the first requested revision.

Quinn enforces project-based rates for copy-editing services

There is an additional $100 expedited fee for projects with a 120-hour or less deadline.

Process

Introductory meeting about the project proposal.

Contract signing.

The client will deposit 50% of the project's total.

Quinn will begin the project.

Optional: Complimentary check-in meeting.

Quinn will send the completed project to the client.

The client will review and approve the project.

If there are any further revisions needed, the client will reach out to Quinn with feedback.

Will Quinn copy edit additional projects?
Quinn will only provide copy editing services for their contracted projects.
Can clients add additional text and copy to their projects during the copy editing process?
No, if a client would like to add more content to their project (manuscript, essay, article, etc.), they are to contact Quinn immediately and inquire about a price adjustment based on additional word count, labor, and time.

What's included

Proofreading
Check for errors in the writing content before it is published or shared. Fix minor spelling and punctuation mistakes, typos, formatting issues, and inconsistencies.
Copy Editing
Make revisions and suggestions about the writing content via AP, APA, or MLA, styling & formatting. Improve the accuracy of language, flow, organization, structure, and overall readability of the writing content and check for grammatical and spelling errors via AP, APA, and MLA, styling & formatting.
