For the past three years, I've worked closely with the Northwest Food Sovereignty Coalition as their trusted copy editor, ethnographer, co-author, and copywriter. This case story focuses on my work with their Grandma's Hands Cookbook project.

The goal of this project was to provide copy editing services for the entirety of the Grandma's Hands Cookbook. Through revisions, proofreading, and copy and line editing, I presented an engaging and polished draft that captured the essence of the cookbook. Despite working remotely across different time zones and coasts, I successfully collaborated with the organization to ensure a seamless workflow.

The organization expressed high satisfaction with my work on this project and continues to engage me in ongoing copy editing projects related to the Grandma's Hands Cookbook. Each section effectively sets the tone for the entire cookbook and has received positive feedback from readers.

Working on this project allowed me to showcase my expertise in copy editing while also contributing to a meaningful cause.
