A 50% deposit is required for all services.

Revision Limit: 1, and there is a $100 recurring fee after the first requested revision.

Quinn enforces project-based rates for proofreading services

There is an additional $100 expedited fee for projects with a 120-hour or less deadline.

Process

Introductory meeting about the project proposal.

Contract signing.

The client will deposit 50% of the project's total.

Quinn will begin the project.

Optional: Complimentary check-in meeting.

Quinn will send the completed project to the client.

The client will review and approve the project.

If there are any further revisions needed, the client will reach out to Quinn with feedback.

Can clients add additional text and copy to their projects during the proofreading process?
No, if a client would like to add more content to their project (manuscript, essay, article, etc.), they are to contact Quinn immediately and inquire about a price adjustment based on additional word count, labor, and time.

What's included

1 on 1 Meeting
Offer a virtual meeting with the client to ensure the deliverables and satisfaction are met.
Proofreading
Review and check for errors in the copy or content. Fix minor spelling and punctuation mistakes, typos, formatting issues, and inconsistencies.
