About this service

Summary

Together we'll craft a visual identity that's aligned with your values and goals and will help you stand out in a busy market.

This service is for you if you're a startup in the development phase and need a professional look to attract the right audience and right investors. This service is for you if you're tired of DIYing your brand identity and you don't seem to be content each time and feel like chanigng it every time. I'll help you do it strategically with your vision, mission and audience in mind. This time you'll be proud of how you look as a company and you won't feel the need to change it in decades to come, if not centuries.

My Process
Discovery

We'll have a session where we'll talk about about your company, target audience, your vision, mission, goals, and expectations. We'll together establish where you want to position yourself in the mind of your audience and we'll define the initial scope and budget.

Mood-boards

To capture what vision you have in your mind of your brand in terms of visuals I'll design 2-3 mood-boards, which is a essentially an image collection of logos, textures, colors, typography, patterns and anything that make sense for the brand.

Designing & thumbnailing

I'll brainstorm ideas for the logo, and thumbnail 2-3 in the first draft which I'll present to you with relevant executed examples. In addition to logo conceptions this phase include color palette curation, font selections, and supporting graphics. This usually takes 2 weeks.

Revision or Refinement

If the project needs, normally there are 2 revisions/refinement rounds. If you need more, there will be extra charges.

A few things: Let the design be for a couple of days, have discussion internally, collect feedback from the stakeholders, then consolidate the feedback or suggestions my way, to make the best out of those rounds.

Touchpoints

Once the visual identity is agreed upon by all the stakeholders, I'll design the brand collaterals we'd have discussed during the discovery phase with applied visual identity, ready to use.

Hand-off

After making the necessary refinements/improvements, I'll deliver the files as outlined in the scope. For a standard visual identity project this includes logo, supporting graphics, brand guidelines on how to use every brand asset, and brand touchpoints, your marketing collaterals.

FAQs
How long does it take usually?

It really depends upon the project — it's cope and complexity, but to give you an idea, I normally ask for 4-6 weeks. Another factor that can impact is how fast I recieve the feedback from all the stakeholders if there are multiple.

What if I don't like the first iteration?

It's very unlikely that it happens that the client just disregard the whole route, it's more of certain elements that the client is not particularly happy with but if it comes to that, there are multiple revision available to make sure we have the best result possible. Most of the time it takes 2-3 revisions to get to that desired outsome.

What does the pricing terms look like?

I take 50% upfront (non-negotaible, unsless we are working with crazy budgets) as a commitment to the proejct and to ensure that I have all the necessary resources for the project's success. 50% on the approval of designs.

Can I provide a well-organised figma file as a part of final deliverables?

Absolutely, in-fact it's very handy for both me and my clients and they seem to prefer that over individual files in a zip package which is very much likely to be lost in those drives (solid or cloud) somewhere.

Do I provide the digital and print ready files?

Yes, of course, that's something I am referring here as "ready to use collaterals". Yes, I do.

Do I/we get post work support?

Yes, you get a 2 months support. You can write me back if you have any question regarding our work together or if you having difficulty in implementing some of the elements.

What's included

This will include the primary & secondary logos, supporting assets (patterns, shapes, graphic devices etc.) in all possible or preferred formats (e.g. svg, eps, png, jpg, etc) packaged inside a zip file. A well-organized Figma file can also be provided on request.

  • Brand Manual

It will serve as a single source of truth on how to use your brand assets. This will illustrate logo usage and applications, color palette and pairings, type-setting and layouts, and some executed samples where all the elements interact to give a holistic understanding. This will also include photography style.

  • Brand Touchpoints

Apart from the the visual identity, every brand needs some ready to use collaterals on which the identity is applied which they actually use to market themselves.
