Using a Design Thinking approach, I will organize and lead (together with the UX/UI designers, if applicable) the Design Sprint of the team from problem identification to prototype definition. It will also include proper documentation of the process and its results. I have plenty of experience on the subject, both in established and innovative products and product domains, with a track record of results achieved and outcomes delivered.

I will be conducting and leading the user interviews efforts, both for Discovery (understanding of the problem) and Prototype testing. It also includes comprehensive and tailored research plans, with clear objectives and interview scripts.

Through a complete assessment of your specific context, I will deliver a discovery framework that will help the teams better understand when and how to conduct discovery and when a design sprint is needed. The goal will be to leave a legacy to the organization, with step-by-step documentation.
