What's included

• Understand the Business Goals and OKRs

  I will work with the business team and the stakeholders to identify the goals as well as the OKRs and KPIs. Once we identify the goals of the business, we can then take the steps to identify areas of digital transformation.

• Work to Understand the SDLC and Technology Process

  Work with engineering to understand current process across all teams: UX research, design, engineering, QA and Data Science. I will work to understand release cycles, working methodologies, resourcing and processes. By taking time to discuss these methodologies with stakeholders, I will the identify areas of improvement.

• Identify steps needed to take a project from 0-1

  At the end of this project, there will be a clear deliverable of taking a project from 0-1 with specific success metrics and a targeted plan to get to a MVP product. We will use a sample project to iterate on the steps for improvement across the identified areas.

• Work with stakeholders to identify executable plan

  Work with stakeholders both internal and external across B2C, B2B, and SaaS to identify a plan of action for digital transformation. Work to document the plan and evangelize the plan across teams.

• Work on Areas to Continue to Iterate

  Continue to identify gaps in the process to iterate smoother execution over time. Communication, documentation, agile meetings will all be brought into the norm to make continuous improvements.
