You're building the product. Talking to customers. Shipping. Social keeps falling off, so your brand goes quiet right when you're doing your best work.
This engagement runs the social engine for you: strategy, content design, copywriting, scheduling. Not generic agency social. Designer-led, built around your launches, product moments, and the pillars that actually drive attention for your specific audience.
Twelve to sixteen posts per month, across two or three platforms, with the system thinking that makes the next post easier than the last.

Why designer-led, not marketer-led

Most agency social is templated by marketers and decorated by designers. The result is visually consistent but voiceless, or voicey but visually scattered.
I run my own social engine (LinkedIn + X, daily) for Bright Studios. The system I built for myself (content pillars, format rotation, voice anchors, repetition logic) is the same system I apply to client accounts. Design and copy come from the same person, which means every post obeys the same rules whether you see it as a carousel, a quote card, a screenshot, or a thread.

The compounding mechanic

Social compounds at month two. By month three, your voice is calibrated, your visual system is locked, and the lead time on any new post is half of what it was at month one. That's why I require a three-month minimum: less than three months and you don't get past the calibration phase.

Who this is for

Founders building in public who don't have time to post consistently. B2B and SaaS teams who need a steady drumbeat around launches and updates. Solo operators and consultants who want a credible, cohesive presence. Teams with raw material (screenshots, wins, ideas) but no one turning it into content.
Not for: B2C brands needing high-volume daily content, accounts that need video-only production (we can add it as an upgrade), or anyone who wants someone else to handle engagement and DMs (that needs to stay with you).

What's included

Strategy and content pillars (one-time setup): who we talk to, what we say, what we don't.
A template system in Figma: reusable layouts for carousel, single image, quote, announcement, screenshot.
Monthly content calendar: topics, formats, cadence, key dates.
12-16 done-for-you posts per month across 2-3 platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, whichever fits).
Captions: hook, body, CTA. In your tone, not mine.
Scheduling: posts scheduled through your account in your tool of choice.
Monthly performance review: top posts, learnings, next month's focus.

How it works

Month 1, week 1: strategy setup, pillars, audience read, platform selection, template build.
Ongoing: weekly content production, monthly calendar planning, monthly review.
