    In order to implement a strategy, it has to be practical. This means that time, human resources and financial budgets are in place to execute on it. These matters will be discussed upfront to ensure the strategy reflects the business resources and goals. In this section, I will detail how the team can be organised to effectively implement the strategy and any outstanding resources that will be required.
