Problem: Sales to small to medium sized enterprises were outbound focused, powered by outbound sales staff picking up the phone and cold-calling. This process of lead acquisition was inefficient and slow.
Action: I developed an Inbound Sales Channel using HubSpot's automation software to take prospective customers through the decision making process through a series of emails and and gated assets. This did not require a human touch point except, if requested, in the form of a 15minute platform demonstration at the point of sales conversion.
Result: This new channel automatically drove 50+ business customer conversions monthly (and many more in the pipeline), achieving AUD 3MM yearly revenue.
