This 2.5-hour virtual workshop is the first, most important step in building a brand that truly connects. We’ll meet over Zoom and collaborate in real-time using an interactive digital whiteboard to uncover the heart of your brand—its purpose, personality, and position in the world.
This is not about designing a logo or picking colors. This is deep, foundational work that sets the stage for everything that comes next—from naming and visual identity to messaging and marketing campaigns.
By the end of this session, you’ll have complete clarity on what your brand stands for and why it matters—equipping you to make confident decisions, communicate with impact, and move forward with intention.

Process

1. Discovery & Pre-Workshop Intake Before we meet, you’ll complete a brief intake form designed to capture your current challenges, goals, and any brand materials or thoughts you've already put together. This helps us hit the ground running with intention and insight.
2. Live Virtual Workshop (2.5 hours) We’ll meet via Zoom for a guided, high-energy strategy session. Using a collaborative digital whiteboard, we’ll map out your brand’s DNA: its purpose, audience, tone of voice, values, and position in the market.
Expect thought-provoking questions, real-time brainstorming, and lots of sticky notes—this is a creative jam session meets strategic deep dive. You bring your thoughts and ideas; I’ll help shape them into something sharp and focused.
3. Strategic Synthesis After the workshop, I’ll take everything we uncovered—your ideas, insights, and raw thoughts—and distill it into a clear, cohesive Brand Strategy Summary (20+ pages). This document will articulate your mission, vision, values, audience personas, brand voice, and messaging framework with clarity and precision.
This is your brand’s playbook—a foundational guide you can share with your team, creative partners, or future designers.
4. Brand Reference Sheet You’ll also receive a one-page brand reference sheet—a high-level snapshot of your strategy for quick sharing or internal alignment.
5. Review + 1 Round of Revisions Once you've had time to review everything, we’ll make any necessary adjustments. You get one included revision round to make sure the strategy feels true to you and your vision.
6. Ready for What’s Next With your strategy in hand, you’re now equipped to move forward with clarity and confidence—whether you’re building a new identity, launching a campaign, or aligning your internal team.
