This scope covers decks of 20 slides and fewer.

Process

You'll send me:

Completed slide deck. Emphasis on complete! This should be the version with all content and design ready, review stages finished and approvals secured

Brand standards, audience information, existing templates, etc.

You'll receive:

Revised slide deck with comments and questions (for review)

Second revision of your slide deck based on your responses (if needed)

Template or slide master unifying the design and allowing you to create new slides and slide decks with the same design.

Yes. Let me know whether you'd like them embedded or linked to the data source. If the latter, send me the data source too. I'd also like to know a little about your audience: are they data savvy? what decisions are they making with this data? what do they expect to see?

All of them.
Do things like font size and element alignment make a difference?
Yes. Subtle consistencies add up to give your audience a feeling of coherence, vision and trust. These can make the difference in funding, votes, approvals, persuasion and other critical factors affecting your mission and bottom line.
Can you design new graphics or add new animations?
The scope of this specific service is moving things around that already exist. I am happy to discuss an additional fee for added scope.

Cleaned Up Slides
Text boxes aligned, images consistently bordered, footers fixed, backgrounds accessibly colored, words correctly spelled, headers beautifully placed, data clearly presented, brand standards universally applied. I work from your existing slide deck to make dozens of tweaks, removing distractions to let your content shine.
Template / "Slide Master"
Easily add new slides without concern for losing the design. If your slide master or template aren't in line with the deck itself, I'll resolve that and make sure the slides match the slide master (and vice versa). As a bonus, you can use that new slide master, Google Slides template or .potx file to create brand new presentations.
