Yes! This process will reveal where you can focus to get things un-messified. A concrete, inspiring journey that will leave you with more clarity than when we started.
🔨 Will you fix all the issues you identify?
This is a close look at your funnel. It doesn't include fixing the issues in the places they occur (e.g., website header design). However, I will update the guide so you can update these more easily. I can also create mockups or examples for you to work from. You can then complete the changes on your own timing.
⭐️ Do you have experience with my industry?
Similar to couples counseling, the problems in a relationship between an audience and brand can be identified and resolved in a similar way no matter the brand. That said, I have expertise in philanthropy, social impact, nonprofits, tech, outdoor, equine, marketing, entrepreneur, economic development, liberal arts and science fields. I have experience with beauty, CPG and health tech brands. The funnels I am most familiar with include crowdfunding, pre-launch validation, e-commerce and donor funnels.
🤯 What if I don't "understand" marketing or branding?
I've spent most of my career working with marketing beginners, strangers in the strange marketing land. You can come away knowing the lingo that has confused you. Or we can ditch the verbiage and go with metaphors. (Marketing is a treasure map! Your business is a party!) My clients often say I make things easy to understand.

Funnel Walkthrough with Brand Lens (Video)
A video looking at your funnel through the lens of your customer. This journey replicates the exact steps your customers follow to reveal unmatched insights about how your brand story engages customers (... or doesn't).
Recommendations
Concise, action-oriented recommendations based on my 11 years in digital engagement and six years in brand design. Recommendations are tailored to your team's capacity, tools, budget and skill level. Alternately, these can be added directly to your project management app of choice.
Brand Guide SOS
A revision of your brand guidelines: bring your guide in alignment with the standards leading companies follow, add missing elements and clarify confusing guidance. This may also be used to convert an existing brand guide to a new format, like Figma or PDF. If you don't have brand guidelines when we start, you'll come away with a comprehensive content outline and basics to fill it in.
Asset Examples and Tutorials
Where you need some extra support, we will deliver video tutorials, written walkthroughs for your wiki, custom AI prompts and/or examples of the assets that will connect you more closely with your audience's goals.
