Do you migrate the domain to Cloudflare?
No, only the DNS registry is migrated to Cloudflare, a domain registration and migration can be added for an additional fee.
What platforms does this service cover?
This service covers the domain authentication layer only. It applies to any platform connected to your domain, such as Kajabi, WordPress, Webflow, Google Workspace, Microsoft and Mailgun. Platform-specific configuration is outside the scope and can be quoted separately.
Do you need access to my DNS?
Yes. You will provide temporary access to your DNS provider such as Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap or your registrar. No access to your email platform is required.
Will this fix deliverability issues caused by my email platform?
This service ensures your domain is correctly authenticated, which is the foundation for reliable inboxing. Platform-specific issues, content filtering or reputation problems are outside the scope and can be quoted as separate work if required.
