FAQs

  • Do I need a brand identity before packaging?

Yes. Packaging builds on your brand’s visual identity. If you don’t have one yet, we recommend starting with the Brand Identity Package or combining both as a custom bundle.

  • What if I don’t have a dieline yet?

No problem. We can create a base dieline if your structure is standard. For complex shapes or folds, we’ll either quote it separately or work directly with your supplier’s template.

  • How many revisions are included?

Three rounds of concept refinement are included. Beyond that, extra rounds can be quoted if needed.

  • Will the design be print-ready?

Yes. You’ll receive fully layered files, crop marks, bleeds, and color specifications suited for professional printing.

  • Can I use the mockups for marketing?

Absolutely. The 2D/3D mockups are provided in high resolution and can be used for your website, social media, investor decks, or listings.

  • What if I have multiple SKUs?

We start with one base SKU to establish the system. Additional adaptations are quoted and executed faster, since the core design is already built.

  • Do you coordinate with the printer?

Yes. We offer printer handoff and support for up to 10 to 15 days after final delivery, helping ensure accurate output.

  • Can I bundle packaging with identity or strategy?

Definitely. If you need brand strategy, identity, and packaging, we can bundle them into a phased process. Let me know and I’ll suggest the best path.

  • What is an SKU and what is an adaptation?

An SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) refers to a specific product variant. for example, different flavors, sizes, or product types. An adaptation is a modified version of the core packaging design, made to suit these different SKUs while keeping the visual system consistent.
