About this service

Summary

Our meticulous process involving multiple rounds of review and in-depth research guarantee the creation of branded materials and experiences that resonate deeply with the intended audience.

What's included

  • Brand Exploration Workshop

In this meeting, we will discuss the client’s business, target audience, competitors, industry, and core values. This meeting typically requires one hour to ninety minutes of time. Following the meeting, we will create a brand brief based on the discussions from the workshop meeting.

  • Brand Brief

The brand brief serves as an essential foundation for the project, providing a clear and concise overview of the brand's intended direction and key elements. This document typically outlines the brand's core values, vision, mission, target audience, and initial thoughts on brand personality and tone. It may also include preliminary ideas on visual identity elements like color palettes, typography, and logo concepts. It's important to note that these are initial guidelines and not final decisions. The brand brief sets the stage for more research to follow.

  • Interviews

If needed, we will conduct in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, including potential customers, employees, vendors, and partners, to gain insights and gather qualitative data and feedback from stakeholders to inform the brand strategy development process.

  • Strategic Audit

We will then conduct a strategic audit of the current state of the brand and its position in the market. We will consider various brand elements like the brand core, the positioning, communications and visual identity as critical factors for the audit. The goal of the strategic audit will be to uncover opportunities that will help us better resonate with the audience, and better communicate through our messaging, stories and visual identity. Simply put, this audit is a review that helps the primary stakeholders and brand managers figure out how they can establish a strategic direction for the growth of the brand.

  • Live Brand Intensive

Following the strategic audit, we will create a strategic roadmap that will help us lay out a critical path for the desired future state of the brand. We will conduct a video call and presentation of the strategic roadmap, which goes from an hour to ninety minutes. We go through each step and section of the roadmap outlining all of your brand requirements, what we need, why we need it and how we will get there.

  • Brand Strategy Development

We will then execute the strategic roadmap from Phase 02 and further break down the essential brand strategy and brand expression components. We will dive into each element of the Brand Substance, Positioning, Personality and the Communications Framework that will aid us in building robust foundations for the brand from the ground up.

  • Brand Master Guide

We will then consolidate all the findings from Phase 03 into a Brand Master Guide. This document will act as a guiding framework that outlines in detail the core of the brand, the positioning strategy, the personality and the communications framework. All marketing professionals, brand managers or stakeholders that might work on outreach or create brand collateral in the future will be required to go through the Brand Master Guide and adhere to the research-driven strategic foundation for the brand

  • Stylescapes

In this phase we will create Stylescapes, which are a carefully collected combination of images, textures, typography, and colors to communicate a certain look and feel of a brand, website, interior space, or any other design project. You can think of them as mood boards taken to the next level.

  • Logo Concept Sketches

Using inspiration from the approved stylescapes, we will create rough logo concepts. These will either be hand-drawn sketches of the logo or rough black and white cocept ideas. The logo concepts will be presented to the client to establish general logo style. Client feedback will be gathered prior to beginning full logo design.

  • Primary Logo Concepts

Our designers will create multiple logo concepts based on the selected sketch/rough logo concept. We will collaborate with the client to refine the logo until it matches client preferences.

  • Final Primary Logo

Working with the client for feedback and approval, we will create the final “Primary Logo.” This version of the logo will stand as the main visual identifier for the brand.

  • Secondary Logos

Following establishment and approval of the Primary Logo, our designers will create applicable logo variations to accommodate future marketing needs. The logo variations often include vertical version, horizontal version, icon mark with text and without, black on white, white on black and so forth.

  • Logo Family Production

Following approval of the secondary logo designs, we will export the logo files in all the industry standard formats and deliver the files to the client.

  • Style Guide

A Style Guide is created to establish the basic rules for the final logo family. This guide is critical to ensuring that the identity system is treated consistently by all designers, marketers and other staff who create any branded materials. STYLE GUIDES INCLUDE GUIDELINES FOR: • Primary Logo Usage • Logo Usage Restrictions • Secondary Logo Family Usage • Typography Standards • Color Palette Standards (CMYK, RGB, HEX)

  • Stationery Design

Stationery is most often the first element used in a brand rollout. Our design team can create a stationery package to help you start to market your new brand. • Business Card • Letterhead • Envelope
