I create custom editorial illustrations that enhance stories with unique textures and personality. Whether for lifestyle, food, wellness, or travel content, my art adds a fresh, relatable touch that complements the message. With a focus on heartfelt, visual storytelling, I design illustrations that connect with readers and amplify the impact of the editorial content.

Process

Initial Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand the story, tone, and audience, ensuring alignment with the editorial vision.
Concept Development: Create multiple sketches and concepts to explore the best visual direction that complements the content.
Refinement & Feedback: Refine the chosen concept based on client feedback, fine-tuning the details, colors, and composition.
Final Illustration: Complete the hand-drawn illustration, adding texture and color to bring the vision to life while maintaining the editorial style.
Delivery & Integration: Provide final artwork in the required formats for print or digital use, ensuring seamless integration into the editorial layout.
WHAT'S INCLUDED Rounds of Revisions You are allotted 1 round of feedback per project phase. If additional rounds of revisions are needed, they may be added for an additional fee.
Sketches Two (2) options will be presented in this phase. Client then chooses one (1) sketch to take to color exploration.
Color Exploration Two (2) options will be presented in this phase. Client then chooses one (1) color option to take to final.
Final Art Final art will be provided based on your preferred sizing and format.

  • What's the creative process like?

    I work iteratively. Working this way allows us to collaborate on changes and ensure we’re all happy with the final art.

  • How quickly can we start?

    I like to be accommodating with various project timelines and schedules. Reach out to discuss your scope and my availability. If I’m unable to accept your project, I’m happy to refer you to another trusted creative.

  • What does the payment process look like?

    For most projects, payment is broken into 2 equal payments. 50% of the total cost is due before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon final project approval before final files are delivered.

  • How long does this process take?

    It depends on the scope of your project. We can figure this out together after discussing deliverables, timeline, and availability. Client responsiveness is key to efficient project completion.
