Deliver a roadmap with a breakdown of the work, iterative stages and timeline of the execution.

Identify the Priority Items to be addressed

Work with the business and the team to identify the top items to be addressed through a prioritization matrix. The priority matrix will leverage level of effort, business impact, customer impact, timeline, and revenue impact.

Breakdown work into chunks

Work with engineering to size the work from a high-level estimate as well as the number of resources each body of work will take to identify the scope of the work as well the milestones for the execution of the MVP and iterative development.

Identify work across swimlanes

Identify the work across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data to determine the specified swimlanes and the specific resources needed for Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 work.
