What's included

  • Step 1 : Define Success

    A consultation session to identify areas of opportunity, timeframe, and establish scope.

  • Step 2. Proposal

    Create a detailed project proposal outlining the scope, project team, stakeholders, risks, and final project deliverables.

  • Step 3: Action

    The project team will work through the improvement utilizing an A3 and Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology to determine and implement necessary improvements.

  • Step 4. Closeout

    Present project to stakeholders, and provide a high-level executive summary is detailing the overall project and recommendations for executive leadership.
