My proposed process:
1) Initial alignment call
2) I'll create/share a Notion workspace with you consisting on project details, resources, and timelines
3) Once we begin working together, I'll provide weekly updates (via Notion/email)
4) I'll be available to meet at least twice a week, and I'll save all meeting notes to our Notion

Primarily DTC e-commerce, though I have worked with digital-product and real estate businesses.
What size budgets have you managed?
I have managed monthly paid-search budgets as low as $1,000, and as high as ~$100,000.
Is there a time committment to working with you?
There is not... I'm on your watch for however long (or short) you need.

I'll audit your accounts to understand the current state, along with what's working well and what could be working better (from campaign settings to landing pages... and everything in-between)
Competitor Audit
Using a tool like Semrush I'll dive into your competitor's SEM strategy to understand what's working for them (with the goal being to understand how to potentially replicate their success)
Account Recommendations
Following the audits, I'll provide prioritized recommendations (which we are happy to implement for you...)
Implementation + Reporting Creation
I'll implement all approved recommendations, and I'll ensure there is reporting set up to monitor your KPIs (and I'll communicate with you each step of the way)
Ongoing Optimizations & Communication
I will take action on your reporting to ensure the marketing is meeting (and ideally exceeding) your KPIs; and I'll provide weekly updates through email/Notion
