Summary

This package builds upon the Visual Identity Package, but with an added focus on strategy to give your brand a solid foundation. We’ll begin with a brand strategy workshop to uncover the mission, values, target audience, messaging, and tone of voice that define your brand. From this, I’ll carefully craft a Brand Strategy Playbook—a strategic document that ensures your brand communicates with clarity and consistency across every touchpoint, from marketing campaigns to customer interactions.
Alongside the strategy, we’ll create a full visual identity, including your primary logo, secondary variations, colour palette, typography pairings, and a comprehensive set of brand guidelines. This package equips your brand with everything it needs to stand out and stay cohesive.

Process

ONBOARDING 01 Kick-Off Call - Before any commitments, we’ll have a 30-minute call to discuss your brand, goals, and where I can add the most value. By the end, we’ll have a verbal agreement on the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget. 02 Project Proposal - I’ll craft a custom project proposal based on our conversation, offering a range of options. Each option will outline the schedule, deliverables, and corresponding investment.
03 Signed & Sealed - Once you select your preferred option, I’ll send over a contract, questionnaire, and a deposit invoice (50% of the fee). When the deposit and signed contract are in, we’re officially locked in and ready to go.
DESIGN 01 Research - With your brief in hand, I dive into market and audience research to uncover insights that will shape the design direction. Every discovery informs a thoughtful, intentional approach. 02 Design Direction - I create at least two cohesive design directions, including example logos, colour palettes, and typography. These are presented in a clear deck to guide the feedback process and refine our path forward. 03 Sketch Development - Once a direction is chosen, I brainstorm and sketch tens—if not hundreds—of logo ideas. This step is all about exploring creative possibilities and uncovering hidden gems. 04 Idea Refinement - I polish and refine the strongest sketches, introducing colour, typography, and patterns. This step focuses on crafting the best solution that fully aligns with your brief.
05 Design Presentation - I deliver a comprehensive presentation showcasing the final designs and explaining the reasoning behind every decision. Realistic mock-ups help you envision the logo in action.
06 Final or Feedback - You’ll review and share feedback via your notion portal. If adjustments are needed, I’ll address them and re-present until every detail is perfect and ready for sign-off.

  • Are all projects structured this way?

    For the most part, yes—this process ensures I deliver my best work efficiently and effectively. However, I’m flexible and happy to adapt if your project requires additional deliverables or a slightly different approach.

  • How many concepts will you create?

    My process consists of the ‘one concept method’. You will be presented with one in-depth concept. It’s my job to find and present the best solution for your business and with the one concept method I can go in-depth and present a whole brand identity that doesn’t leave you confused unlike showing several concepts.

    A strategic document outlining your brand’s mission, values, target audience, messaging framework, and tone of voice. This playbook ensures your brand speaks with clarity and consistency, from marketing campaigns to customer interactions.
