When I came on board in early March 2026, Aryam had no social media presence at all — I built his Instagram, Facebook, and additional platform accounts from the ground up. My Role 📲 Set up and launched all social media accounts from zero Developed a bilingual (English a:nd Spanish) content strategy targeting first-time homebuyers across the greater Orlando market Built and managed the full content calendar across Instagram and Facebook Produced all content assets independently: static posts, educational carousels, and Reels Wrote all copy, hooks, and captions in both English and Spanish tailored to a B2C real estate audience Created educational first-time buyer content to position Aryam as a trusted local market expert Monitored performance weekly and refined strategy based on engagement and reach data Aligned content with both brand awareness and lead generation goals Results ⭐️ In the first month: Built a fully active, publishing social media presence across platforms from absolute zero Grew Facebook to 66 followers organically in the first month Grew Instagram to 14 followers with consistent educational content Fast forward 2.5 months: Grew Instagram from 0 to 39 followers Grew Facebook from 0 to 78 followers Achieved Instagram engagement rate of 25.65% (vs. 1–5% industry average for real estate) Achieved Facebook engagement rate of 22.4% Top-performing Reel reached 240 organic accounts Generated 160 Facebook interactions in a single day

Social Media Marketing Strategy and Management Who is DIY Custom Closet? 🏠 DIY Custom Closet (@diycustomcloset) is a B2C home organization brand that empowers homeowners to design and build their own custom closets at a fraction of the cost of traditional installation. The brand merges a hands-on DIY spirit with pro-grade components — helping everyday people turn cluttered spaces into their dream closets without hiring a contractor. When I came on board in mid-March 2026, the brand had 14 Instagram followers and 12 Facebook followers — and virtually no social media presence, content strategy, or posting cadence in place. My Role 📲 Built the full social media strategy from the ground up across Instagram and Facebook Developed and managed a structured content calendar and consistent posting schedule Produced all content assets independently: static posts, educational carousels, and Reels Wrote all copy — hooks, captions, and CTAs — tailored to a B2C home organization and DIY audience Identified and applied platform best practices for short-form video (Reels) to maximize organic reach Launched and managed paid Facebook ad campaigns beginning late April to accelerate audience growth Monitored weekly performance and delivered monthly analytics breakdowns with actionable recommendations Continuously refined content strategy based on engagement data, reach trends, and top-performing formats Results ⭐️ In the first month: Gained 2x more new followers than in the previous 3 months combined Generated 4x more interactions than the prior month Doubled the engagement rate by optimizing content format and posting cadence Established the brand's first consistent social media presence from zero From launch to today (10 weeks of management): Results ⭐️ In the first month: 2x more new followers than in the previous 3 months combined 4x the number of interactions than the previous month Doubled the engagement rate Fast forward 10 weeks: Grew Instagram followers from 14 to 54 Grew Facebook followers from 12 to 156 Expanded combined audience from 26 to 210 followers Instagram engagement rate of 26.1% far exceeds the home & lifestyle industry average of 3–5%, reflecting a highly engaged audience built through strategic, niche-specific content Top-performing Reel reached 217 organic accounts in a single day — without any paid promotion Facebook paid campaigns launched in late April drove the account from ~20 to 156 followers in under 3 weeks, demonstrating strong ad-to-follow conversion Content mix spans static posts, multi-slide educational carousels, and short-form Reels — all produced independently from concept to publish
