I build RAG pipelines, fine-tune open-source LLMs, and deploy
ML systems end-to-end. Recently shipped a financial RAG system
over 44 annual reports — fine-tuned Llama 3.2-3B, 4,115 chunks,
100% citation rate. Also built a PPO poker bot (5M timesteps,
HuggingFace) and a crypto regime detection system (LSTM + GNN).
I diagnose problems first, then build.
