Rafael is ready for their next project!

Before becoming a designer, I worked for 8 years in a large bank as an administrative manager, coordinating the agency's internal team, from cashiers, clerks, interns, treasurers and managers.
Even though I was successful in my work, there was a desire in me to follow a passion I have had since childhood, technology and design. In spite of those around me, I left the bank and started my career as a designer, I had been doing graphic work since I was a teenager, but this time I really decided to pursue a career, I graduated in Digital Design, I specialized in Design Thinking and Human-centric design, I took courses os tools such as Sketch, Figma and others to bring not only passion to work, but also knowledge. I worked in agencies and as a consultant, going through great challenges, such as the Banco Santander HR system, the reformulation of the Albert Einstein Hospital internal system, Danone Nutricia's new e-commerce and the Nutricia Design System and its products.
In a project, I try to get to know the whole team, understand their strengths, support them and try to improve their points of attention, so that, if I have the necessary skills, help. I have a great relationship with stakeholders, PMs, managers and development team, I believe that in this way, the project has a more harmonious and light development and creation flow.
I like to see myself as an RPG character, more precisely a Cleric. In this case, a cleric acts as an intermediary, controlling divine and infernal powers, depending on which god the cleric is devout. In my case, I mediate the business needs with the user's pain, so that the product can be successful, successful, not unforgettable. And the deities, I am devoted to Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Human Centric-Design and so many other techniques that strengthen me and provide me with creativity.
