For a 13,000+ SKU Shopify catalog, manual sorting was unsustainable. I built a keyword-trigger classification dictionary that routed items automatically: brand standardization (1,200+ items), TCG mapping, cross-sport collision overrides, and product family assignment. The engine reduced manual review time and eliminated recurring misclassification errors. I tested in small batches, fixed pattern failures, and documented the rules so the client could maintain the system independently.

Founded and operated a local bakery from zero, managing all operational logistics, inventory, and vendor relationships. Built and managed the online store, product listings, and order workflows. Negotiated with packaging suppliers to control margins, implemented daily reconciliation processes for order tracking, and handled all customer service directly. This role required handling high-stakes decision-making, cash flow management, and daily problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

10x Labs was scaling fast, and critical operational knowledge lived only in the founders' heads. I architected and deployed 40+ operational, onboarding, and technical policy modules in Trainual to build scalable company infrastructure. I interviewed founders, mapped cross-functional workflows, and wrote clear, step-by-step SOPs. This eliminated informational bottlenecks, improved team clarity, and allowed the team to scale without losing operational knowledge.

I completed a 13,000+ SKU catalog reorganization for a major sports card and collectibles store. The existing data was inconsistent, full of duplicates, and lacked a structured taxonomy. I built a 4-tier Master Taxonomy, created an automated classification rules engine, and ran 119 iterative QA passes (including edge cases and cross-sport collisions). I delivered an import-ready CSV, standardized naming conventions, and a documented ingestion SOP. The image shows a screenshot of the master translation sheet used to map legacy product types to the new 4-tier structure.
