I designed and productized BKI’s Remote Project Office into a structured service portfolio, defining its service architecture, packages, deliverables, and client-facing experience.
I also built the digital sales workflow supporting the service, connecting a landing page, lead capture form, lead database, automated notifications, and an AI-assisted sales flow.
This project demonstrates how I turn a business service into a structured, market-ready product supported by practical digital systems.
