Hi everyone! 👋 I built LaunchFlow → an AI-powered go-to-market operations platform for the @Replit challenge that turns a simple product brief into an execution-ready launch workspace. 🔗 Try it here: https://saa-s-builder-princekene20.replit.app/ What it does: 🚀 Answer a few onboarding questions about your product, audience, offer, budget, channels, launch date, and brand voice. 🧠AI automatically builds your product positioning, campaign concept, messaging, channel strategy, success metrics, and complete launch plan. ✅ Turns the strategy into actionable tasks, marketing assets, priorities, timelines, and launch-readiness tracking. 🤖 Includes a context-aware LaunchFlow Co-Agent that explains the platform, answers questions about your campaign, and helps you figure out what to do next. 📤 Connected Apps transforms your campaign into ready-to-use deliverables—including Slack team updates, Excel/Google Sheets campaign workbooks, Notion briefs, project-management exports, team emails, and more. Problem it solves: 📑 Product launches are usually scattered across strategy docs, spreadsheets, AI chats, task managers, and team messages. ⏱️ Teams spend hours turning strategy into tasks, briefs, updates, and execution plans manually. 🧩 Generic project-management tools help you manage work—but they don't create the go-to-market strategy behind that work. ⚡ LaunchFlow takes you from “We have a product to launch” to “Here’s exactly how we’re launching it” in one interactive workspace. Built entirely on Replit.

Building an AI Customer Support Assistant for a UK Dental Practice A private dental clinic in the UK wanted to improve how it handled patient enquiries without increasing the workload on its reception team. Patients were asking the same questions every day—about treatments, pricing, opening hours, bookings, emergencies, and aftercare. While these conversations were important, they consumed valuable staff time that could have been spent caring for patients. I built an AI-powered conversational assistant that now acts as the clinic's first point of contact. The Challenge The clinic needed a smarter way to support patients outside business hours while delivering fast, consistent responses during the day. The goal wasn't to replace the reception team—it was to automate repetitive conversations so staff could focus on more complex patient needs. What I Built I designed and developed a conversational AI assistant capable of understanding natural language and guiding patients through common requests. The assistant can: Answer questions about treatments and dental services Explain procedures in a simple, patient-friendly way Assist patients with booking appointments Recommend suitable services based on symptoms or concerns Provide clinic opening hours and contact information Handle frequently asked questions instantly Escalate more complex enquiries when human assistance is required The experience feels natural, fast, and available 24 hours a day. Technology AI: Conversational AI • Natural Language Processing Automation: Intelligent conversation flows • Appointment assistance User Experience: Responsive chat interface • Mobile-friendly design Impact ✓ Patients receive immediate responses instead of waiting for office hours. ✓ Routine enquiries are handled automatically, reducing pressure on the reception team. ✓ Appointment booking is faster and more convenient through conversational interactions. ✓ Patients can access information whenever they need it, improving the overall experience. ✓ The clinic now provides consistent support around the clock without increasing staffing requirements. The Outcome This project demonstrates how conversational AI can become an extension of a customer support team. Instead of simply answering questions, the assistant helps patients find information, choose the right service, and begin the booking process—all within a single conversation. For the clinic, this means less time spent on repetitive enquiries and more time focused on delivering exceptional patient care. I build conversational AI systems that help businesses automate customer support, qualify leads, streamline bookings, and deliver better customer experiences—without sacrificing the human touch.

The Challenge A private dental clinic in the UK wanted more than a modern website. They wanted a platform that could answer patient questions, qualify new enquiries, book appointments, and reduce the amount of time their reception team spent on repetitive tasks. The clinic already had an online presence, but it wasn't working as a business tool. Patients still had to wait for office hours to get answers. The reception team handled the same questions repeatedly. Visitors often left the website without booking because they weren't sure which treatment they needed. The goal was simple: build a website that doesn't just inform visitors — it actively helps convert them into patients. What I Built AI Symptom Assessment Built an AI-powered dental assistant that allows patients to describe their symptoms and receive likely treatment recommendations before booking. The assistant helps patients better understand their dental concerns while directing them toward the most appropriate service. AI Customer Support Developed a conversational AI assistant capable of: Answering common patient questions instantly Explaining treatments and services Handling pricing and general enquiries Guiding patients through appointment booking Providing support 24/7 Voice AI Receptionist Built a voice AI receptionist that answers incoming phone calls naturally. It can: Answer patient questions Book appointments Capture patient details Handle routine enquiries without staff intervention Escalate more complex requests when necessary Conversion-Focused Website Designed and developed a modern, SEO-optimised website that clearly presents the clinic's services while guiding visitors through a simple booking journey. The experience is fully responsive, fast-loading, and built around patient conversion. Technology Frontend: React · Next.js · TypeScript · Tailwind CSS AI: Conversational AI · AI Symptom Assessment · Voice AI Receptionist Automation: Appointment Scheduling · Lead Qualification · Patient Support Workflows Results ~65% of routine website enquiries resolved by the AI assistant without staff involvement 25–30% reduction in receptionist time spent answering repetitive questions Patients able to book appointments at any time of day, including evenings and weekends Visitors receive treatment guidance before booking, helping them choose the right consultation Consistent digital experience across both the website and phone calls

Building My Own AI Executive Assistant for Email Management Like many people, my inbox had quietly become a second full-time job. Every day meant digging through newsletters, client messages, invoices, meeting requests, notifications, and promotional emails just to find the few messages that actually needed my attention. I wasn't spending time doing meaningful work. I was spending time deciding what to work on. So I built an AI-powered inbox management system to solve the problem. The Challenge The problem wasn't receiving too many emails. The problem was context switching. Every notification forced me to stop what I was doing just to decide whether an email was urgent, important, or something that could wait. That constant interruption adds up over the course of a day. I wanted an assistant that could make those decisions for me before I even opened my inbox. What I Built I developed an AI-powered email assistant that automatically reads, understands, and organises incoming emails based on both priority and intent. Instead of treating every email equally, the system categorises messages into intelligent groups, each with its own workflow. For example: Urgent – Client requests, deadlines, and time-sensitive conversations. Action Required – Emails that require a response or follow-up. Meetings & Calendar – Invitations, schedule updates, and appointments. Finance – Invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, and banking notifications. Newsletters & Promotions – Marketing emails and subscriptions. Reference – Updates that are useful to keep but don't require immediate attention. Each category automatically triggers the appropriate action. Depending on the email, the assistant can: Apply labels automatically. Prioritise important conversations. Archive low-value emails. Surface emails requiring immediate attention. Prepare summaries of lengthy threads. Keep the inbox organised without manual sorting. Instead of managing emails one by one, the system manages the inbox as a whole. Technology AI: Large Language Models for email understanding and classification Automation: Intelligent workflows based on email intent Productivity: Automated labelling, prioritisation, and inbox organisation Personal Impact After integrating the assistant into my daily workflow, the difference was immediate. ✓ My inbox stays organised automatically throughout the day. ✓ I spend significantly less time deciding which emails deserve attention. ✓ Important client conversations are surfaced immediately instead of getting buried beneath newsletters and notifications. ✓ Administrative work has been reduced, allowing me to focus on higher-value tasks like development, client delivery, and problem solving. ✓ Following up on important conversations has become much easier because the assistant keeps actionable emails front and centre. The biggest benefit wasn't simply saving time. It was reducing the mental effort of constantly switching attention between work and email. The Outcome This project started as a personal productivity tool. It has since become one of the most valuable systems I use every day. Instead of checking my inbox dozens of times to decide what matters, my AI assistant does the sorting before I even look. The result is a cleaner workflow, fewer distractions, and more time spent doing meaningful work instead of managing email. I enjoy building AI systems that remove repetitive work from everyday business operations. Whether it's managing emails, automating customer support, streamlining internal workflows, or building intelligent business tools, my goal is always the same: let AI handle the routine so people can focus on the work that actually creates value.
