I teamed up with a client in a competitive market to crack the code on who their product was appropriate for. Since their product was a bit of a game-changer, getting inside the heads of potential users was a must. So, I kicked off a user discovery mission.
First things first, I checked if the users we had in mind were the real deal. I Did some surveys and had a few chats to figure out what made them tick. After these talks, I put together user personas that not only covered what users were after but also gave the product team a clear roadmap for the product.
In a nutshell, I helped the client understand their users better and made sure the whole team was on the same page. It was a game-changer for them in a tough market.
