Based out of Michigan, USA, NEVERDRY is an industry leader in ultra-refined lubricants and maintenance products. They are dedicated to providing our customers with the best products to keep their equipment running smoothly and efficiently. Their various maintenance solutions are designed to ensure optimal performance and longevity through lubrication, carbon destruction, and extreme condition protection.



Overview:

I began work with NEVERDRY in late 2022 when they were just starting to expand into online markets. I worked with the company on many marketing and design facets of their emergence starting with the design and development of their initial e-commerce website as well as brand strategy, design, and SEO/SEM for their newly emerging presence in the Amazon Selling ecosystem. My design initiatives encompassed a variety of mediums from web to video to package and print design throughout the past year working with them. Recently, NEVERDRY has begun to expand in reach due to initial design and marketing efforts and with that came the emergence of two new product offerings from the company. The ND Universal Gun Cleaning Kit and the ND All-Purpose Oil Lubricant. I led initiatives for these products recently that included but were not limited to: Product Label Design, Content and SEO development, Brand Design, Amazon Listing Development, Enhanced Brand Content Development, and more. Due to many of these initiatives performing successfully, NEVERDRY has positioned itself to increase traffic and sales dramatically over the next few months and years as they’ve started to catch fire recently in both of their main selling markets.

  • Revamp Online Presence: Establish a strong online market presence through e-commerce and Amazon.
  • Product Expansion: Introduce and market new product offerings, including the universal gun cleaning kit and all-purpose oil lubricant.

  • Market Positioning: Faced with stiff competition, NEVERDRY needed to stand out. The solution was to offer value-packed gun cleaning kits and leverage unique branding and design to highlight their value proposition.
  • Content Strategy: Balancing informative and SEO-rich content with engaging visuals was key. This was achieved through the use of iconography, contextual backgrounds, and Enhanced Brand Content modules on Amazon.

Outcome Metrics

  • Website Performance:
    • 56% increase in total sessions (Q3 to Q4 2023).
    • 160% increase in total sessions (End of Q4 2023 to Q1 2024).
    • 34% increase in total website product sales (Q3 to Q4 2023).
  • Amazon Performance:
    • 146% increase in total units fulfilled YoY (Q4 2022 to Q4 2023).
    • 40% increase in total units fulfilled post recent content and SEO updates (End of Q4 2023).

Conclusion

The strategic initiatives I’ve helped lead in collaboration with NEVERDRY Products have significantly bolstered their market presence, resulting in exponential growth across their main selling platforms. The company is now poised for its most profitable year, with traffic, sales, and customer engagement reaching all-time highs as of Q1 2024.

This case study demonstrates the successful application of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, innovative design, and effective brand storytelling in elevating a brand's online presence and market performance.
