Transforming Business with GenAI and Conversational Design

As the Principal Product Designer, I went beyond traditional design tasks, shaping and executing a strategy that aligned with Webheart's business goals (name protected for privacy). I guided the design team to address user challenges while ensuring our solutions fit business needs. By conducting deep user research, I identified key pain points, which informed the development of the GenBI Dashboard and the Conversational AI Assistant. This involved coordinating efforts between designers, engineers, and product managers for smooth execution. Leading an iterative process, I incorporated ongoing feedback to refine and improve the user experience.

My work involved applying strategic thinking to align design with business objectives, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights through advanced data visualization. I also demonstrated strong leadership by fostering teamwork and clear communication across all involved teams.
