About this project
PolkaParty aims to create a favorable DIY DAO service that is designed for anybody to tap into the larger aspect and emerging power of decentralized finance. The platform strives to be the on ramp to Decentralized Finance, since as of right now, there are many technical barriers of entry for retail investors to amass the emerging gains of the prominent industry.
It utilizes the power of group finance to allow users to pool their funds together using a multisignature wallet to form a “party” with which they can buy, sell and hold cryptocurrencies.
As a result, it was my responsibility in (1) understanding the user process flow, (2) adapting/adjusting the user demands to reflect the applications user experience, and (3) focusing more so on UX acquisition strategies due to the high growth stage of the company.
Fortunately, I had the opportunity to help pitch ideas for the UI design of the website and create something that the users will enjoy navigating.
I made it my mission to make it as simple but modern as possible. I wanted to put everything that was needed in one place without taking key features away.
