Goal: To introduce beginners to fitness, help them develop a consistent exercise routine, and build a foundation of strength and endurance.
Plan: Designed an accessible and easy-to-follow training program that included a mix of basic exercises, such as bodyweight movements, light resistance training, and cardio. Provided education on proper exercise techniques, the importance of warm-ups and cool-downs, and basic nutritional guidance.
Result: Clients gained confidence in their ability to exercise, developed a consistent workout routine, and experienced improvements in overall fitness and well-being. Many reported feelings more energetic and motivated to continue their fitness journey.
