Ecommerce for Della Chiara Office Furniture

I am in charge of the backend development of the DellaChiara ecommerce. Della Chiara is a big office furniture maker in Italy, which also sells furniture of other brands. I inherited the project from another developer and managed it until today.
The WooCommerce instance is highly customized, with customizable products and many possible interactions with the customers.
Della Chiara is now planning a complete redesign of the ecommerce store and I will be in charge of the backend design and development.

The client was not satisfied by their previous developer, who could not guarantee a prompt response to every need. Our collaboration is now 5 years old, and it looks like it will go on for much more! :)
The future
The ecommerce store will be redesigned so that it will be possible to automate many tasks which are now done manually, such as interaction with the warehouse management software and the accounting software. The redesign will also take into account updated marketing strategies and a better user experience.
