At PlayEmber, a mobile gaming company, I took full ownership of the brand’s social media presence and community growth across platforms. This role went beyond posting—it was about building a voice, sparking engagement, and aligning creative strategy with product direction.
Key Contributions:
Managed all social media channels (Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok), developing and scheduling content tailored to platform tone and audience behaviour
Grew Twitter engagement significantly, positioning PlayEmber as a recognisable voice in the mobile gaming space
Led influencer outreach and managed paid partnerships, including briefing creators and tracking ROI
Collaborated with the product and design teams to inform marketing direction, game ideation, and brand identity
Work along side CEO and CMO to create what is now the Playember icon/character and app
Wrote copy across social, pitch decks, and branding materials—ensuring consistency in tone and positioning
Created assets for social, including short-form video, product previews, and branded visuals
Played a cross-functional role in marketing, community building, and talent discovery
This role blended creative execution with strategic input, giving me experience in startup growth, influencer marketing, and agile brand building in a fast-moving digital space.
