We were responsible for creating a website for Salesbeat, developing a SaaS product and an in-house CRM to streamline business operations. The complete project was completed in 2 Years, featuring a responsive design, user-friendly interface, and efficient tools to enhance customer engagement and sales management, ensuring seamless performance and scalability.

Who is Salesbeat ? 🤔 Salesbeat is a company that has developed an AI-driven sales engagement platform aimed at enhancing sales team productivity. Salesbeat focuses on making precise predictions for 4 to 6 weeks, pioneering sales intelligence in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. Salesbeat offers a customizable platform that aligns with various brands, company values, and sales methodologies. The interface is designed to translate top-level strategy into actionable sales steps, providing internal operations with sales insights. Strategy 📝 To Develop their Wesbite, SaaS Product (named as Beat) and in house CRM (named as Console) we started with requirements gathering by understanding their business model, target audience, and core needs. We collected all the data and studied Figma Designs to understand user flows in the SaaS Product and Inhouse CRM. We created a Swagger Documentation for API's before creating the Backend API's. We got their designs rectified, gave our suggestions and got API Schema reviewed by the team before we started with the development.
Ready? Set? Go! 🚀 Our first step was to prepare the API's for SaaS Product and In house CRM, deploy them and make them ready to consume at the frontend. Once this was done, we then got all the contents like text, images ready to be used. We then started the Development of Frontend of Website, Saas Product and In house CRM sequentially one by one. We then started integrating Frontend with Backend and rigorously tested the flow. Once all this was done, we then released the product to the client on staging website to review it. After their review and confirmation, the features were deployed on production and were released to the client.
