Bluecore | Website + Javascript based Analytics SDK Development

We developed a robust website for Bluecore, showcasing their offerings and brand identity. Additionally, we built a JavaScript-based analytics SDK( named as Falcon), enabling seamless integration for tracking user behavior, collecting actionable insights, and enhancing data-driven decision-making within their e-commerce ecosystem. We completed the whole project in almost 18 months.

Who is Bluecore ? 🤔 Bluecore is a marketing technology company founded in 2013 and headquartered in New York City. It is an AI-driven retail marketing platform specializing in predictive analytics. It integrates with e-commerce systems to deliver hyper-personalized, automated campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels. By leveraging shopper behavior insights, Bluecore enhances customer engagement, optimizes conversions, and drives scalable, data-driven marketing in omnichannel retail environments.

Strategy 📝 To Develop their Wesbite and Falcon, a Javascript based Analytics SDK we started with requirements gathering by understanding their business model, target audience, and core needs.

We collected all the data from the Datadog and studied it to identify their core customers and their user actions to create SDK. We connected iteratively with their Product Managers to discuss various feature and behaviours of SDK. Real motive to develop Falcon was for seamless integration, enabling real-time tracking of user interactions, data collection, and actionable insights to enhance personalization and optimize e-commerce performance across platforms. For Website, we studied the Figma Designs and collaborated with Product Managers to rectify some chnages and then once the designs were done, Development for the website was a cakewalk. Ready? Set? Go! 🚀 Once the Figma designs were finalized, we efficiently developed Bluecore's website, leveraging the straightforward layouts to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, responsive performance, and seamless alignment with their brand identity and user experience goals.

Following the website launch, we undertook the intricate task of developing Falcon, a sophisticated JavaScript-based SDK for tracking user behavior and displaying campaigns on partner websites. This year-long effort involved implementing features to track mouse clicks, movements, keyboard inputs, page visits, and redirections, send push notifications and etc. Additionally, the SDK supported dynamic campaign displays tailored to shopper behavior. Rigorous development and testing ensured robust functionality, enabling seamless integration and actionable insights across e-commerce platforms. After this, we integrated the Falcon with their Saas Product and rolled out to 1000's of their clients which was a major succes and it helped them retain old customers and gain new customers. This SDK helped them save 5 Million$ annual revenue by increasing client retention.
