Redesigning an application and website for a NASDAQ IPO

I led the complete redesign of their website and customer service application for U.S. markets.

Helport has built a successful business in Asia with enterprise clients like Singapore Airlines. The next phase of their growth included a NASDAQ IPO and redesign of key components of their application. After developing user personas for three key customer groups, I worked with Helport's executive team to lead the design of their website and application from the ground up. This included creating clickable prototypes in Figma that were then converted to WordPress for their website, creating a new UI to modernize and improve their AI customer support application, and developing Lottie animations with the new UI designs to convey complex use cases in a visual way.
