Protoqual is revolutionizing the way medical practices track and improve patient experience (PX). Their all-in-one platform allows healthcare organizations to deliver bite-sized, 3-minute training modules to staff, aligned with areas of improvement identified in patient surveys. The result? Streamlined, low-cost PX management that doesn’t interfere with busy staff schedules.
The Protoqual team brought us on board to address a variety of needs, from branding, to UX design, to marketing strategy. The key to our continued success has been establishing a long-term relationship and integrating ourselves into their team, allowing us to deeply understand their industry and needs. Communicating through weekly product and tech calls, as well as our shared Slack channel, we continue to take Protoqual to the next level.
