1. Scrape Candidate Data (via external tool)
Trigger: Scheduled (e.g., every day)
Phantombuster / Apify / Clay: Webhooks or API to get new candidate profiles
Node: HTTP Request (GET/POST to fetch leads)
Node: Format JSON data
2. Send Candidate Data to Airtable
Node: Airtable → Create Record
Fields: Name, Role, LinkedIn URL, Source, Status = “New”
3. Monitor Calendly Bookings
Set up Calendly webhook → n8n Webhook Node
On webhook trigger:
Node: Airtable → Find matching candidate by email
Node: Airtable → Update Status to “Booked Intro Call”
Optional: Send Slack/Email alert to recruiter
4. Outreach Messaging Tool (e.g., Waalaxy)
Node: Format message from template
Node: HTTP request to Waalaxy API (if available)
Or: Manual export via webhook to CSV or Google Sheet
