I created this simulated project to demonstrate my ability to manage a complete digital product launch from ideation to execution using Notion.

This fictional case involves the launch of an online course for creators, and includes all the phases a real project would require:

Structured the planning phase: objectives, audience, competitors, team, and KPIs

Created a Notion dashboard to manage every task, deadline, and priority

Simulated the execution phase with marketing assets, emails, landing page, and lead magnet

Assigned priorities and tracked progress with Kanban and timeline views

Even though this is a simulated project, it reflects the same strategic and practical skills I use in real initiatives
