Team Coordination Dashboard – Project Management

This is a simulated project I created to showcase my ability to coordinate a digital team across multiple projects using Notion.
I built a task dashboard grouped by team member, where each collaborator is assigned responsibilities with clear deadlines, project tags, and progress status.
What this system includes:
Tasks assigned by team member (designer, copywriter, developer, marketer)
Status tracking: Not Started → In Progress → Done
Due dates for each task and visual progress indicators
Project tags to show how each team member contributes to different goals
A complete overview of team activity and deliverables
Even though the team is fictional, this project reflects the same structure and mindset I’ll apply when leading real freelancers, suppliers, and creative teams for my business
