Critical insights for the busiest surgeons in the world
Insights don’t mean anything if you can’t find them. I designed a 0->1 mobile app for busy orthopaedic surgeons to accommodate their unique schedule and needs.
Challenge:
Surgeons were not using Zimmer Biomet’s analytics tool.
Main issues: lack of time, missing context, and no clear link from data to patient outcomes.
Solution:
Designed a mobile app delivering instant, context-rich insights.
Key features:
Algorithmic insights feed—no searching required.
Surgeons can compare their data with themselves, local, and global peers.
Clear connections between surgical decisions and patient recovery.
Smart, personalised insights delivered in the style of a news feed
Analytics deep dive with comparison feature to add context (and as a result, real value) to any metric
Associations allow you to connect your intra-operative decision making to post-operative patient outcomes, closing the gap on the real impact of surgical decisions
