Square2rec Experiences: Redefining Event Branding for Impactful Moments
Square2rec Experiences needed a bold, modern identity to position itself as a leader in creating memorable, immersive events. As the designer tasked with crafting its brand identity, I aimed to deliver visuals that captured the energy, creativity, and professionalism synonymous with the brand.
The Challenge
Square2rec sought a brand identity that could stand out in a competitive events industry while remaining adaptable across various mediums. The goal was to create a visual language that conveyed trust, excitement, and versatility—qualities essential for connecting with both corporate and individual clients.
My Approach
Defining the Vision
Through consultations with stakeholders, I identified the core values of Square2rec: innovation, connection, and impact. This laid the foundation for the brand's visual identity. I then proceeded to make sketches as regards the brand's core values and most importantly the word map to generate a working logo.

After multiple iterations in the sketchbook (I lost my sketchbook) I came up with a more refined and definitive logo mark for the brand and headed to make it look better in Adobe Illustrator
The Solution
The Logo & Rationale
The logo contains a clean, simplified design that ensures timelessness and versatility, making it adaptable across various applications, from digital platforms to print materials.
The geometric "S" icon reflects the brand's name, combining the concepts of structure and dynamism. The bold, angular forms symbolize stability and reliability, while the open, interlocking sections emphasize connection and collaboration, core values of Square2rec Experiences.

Crafting the Palette and Typography
I selected clean, sans-serif typography for a modern and professional feel, paired with a colour palette that evokes trust, energy, and innovation.

After the creation of the brand logo, typography and colour palette, I then designed versatile assets, including business cards, event flyers, and social media templates, ensuring the brand's message remained consistent across platforms.
